As a Crane Operator the purpose of the position is to set up and tear down asphalt plants along with the setting of different types of concrete pipe.

Requirements:

• 
  Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, North and South Dakota


• 
  Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites


• 
  Valid Class A CDL


• 
  Acceptable motor vehicle record


• 
  Must be NCCCO certified (TLL)


• 
  Strong mechanical skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• 
  Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• 
  Inspect, maintain and operate the crane


• 
  Avoids hazards such as utility lines and falling objects


• 
  While operating equipment, communicate with others using verbal and non-verbal hand signals


• 
  Performs other tasks as needed


• 
  Prioritize safety at all times, following company and industry safety guidelines and protocols.
