Project background -
- You will partner closely with the Paid Social Growth Marketing team to project manage and execute on short-form video initiatives. As a Creator Marketing Coordinator, you will sit at the center of the production process, overseeing creator operations end-to-end. This role owns creator sourcing, rate negotiation, ongoing creator communications and logistics, timeline management, and final asset handoff—ensuring a seamless production flow from sourcing through editing and delivery.
Deliverables -
- Source, vet, and book UGC creators aligned with Faire’s brand guidelines by establishing standardized criteria for creator selection (availability, responsiveness, content quality, and brand fit).
- Own end-to-end creator management, including outreach, onboarding, pricing and rate negotiation, and ongoing communication.
- Confirm and document creator rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage terms using Faire’s standard engagement model, ensuring all details are clearly tracked and easy to reference.
- Translate approved briefs from the strategy team into clear, actionable creator instructions, ensuring creators fully understand expectations prior to filming.
- Proactively manage UGC production timelines, following up with creators to prevent delays and escalating risks early when needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators, answering questions and resolving issues to keep production moving smoothly.
- Conduct checklist-based QA on incoming content to ensure format accuracy, clarity, and alignment with briefs; coordinate revisions as needed.
- Organize and deliver final UGC assets to internal teams in a timely and structured manner.
- In the long-term, this role will also support affiliate marketing sourcing and expansion efforts as we transition off partnership with our current affiliate marketing agency.

Contract Length - 6 months
Payment terms - Contractor to submit invoices for hours worked, and the contractor will be paid as 1099. Contractor shall invoice Faire for Services once per month, with each invoice due and payable within thirty (30) days of Faire’s receipt of the invoice.
California & New York Pay Transparency: The pay range for this role is $57 - $68 per hour.
Actual hourly pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Qualifications
The contractor is expected to have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly through e-mail and social media
- General knowledge and experience with social media channels, particularly Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- Experience in conducting outreach to influencers and content creators
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships and parallel workflows simultaneously
- Excellent sense of the Faire brand and a keen eye for design
- Self-starter who can work independently and is excited to build a new program from the ground up
- [Preferable] Experience with Capcut or any video editing tool
- [Preferable] Strong intuition for social-first video editing, with an understanding of platform-native formats, pacing, hooks, and performance-driven creative
