Job Title: Locum CRNA
Employment Status: 1099
Location: Southern Florida
Duration: 3 to 6 Month Contracts Available
Shifts: Preferred schedule is 4x10s, but the facility offers flexible coverage options Monday through Friday. Providers may be scheduled for 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts based on need and availability. While 8-hour shifts can be scheduled consecutively, the facility cannot guarantee consecutive days for 10s, 12s, or 16s. Providers can expect to work approximately 20 shifts per month.
Call: Call Not Required. Weekend Call Available if Desired
Job Type: Locum/Contract
Case Types: All Case Types except for Burns, Transplants, Trauma and Hearts. No OB unless Desired and Able.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 - 120 Days
Special Requirements: Candidates must be willing to cross-credential across four affiliated facilities. Prior experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments is required.

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on
Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Florida.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as
a CRNA, with proficiency in a variety of anesthesia cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
● Candidates must be willing to cross-credential across four affiliated facilities.
● Prior experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments is required.
