Rush Start: Can get temps within 2-3 weeks for clean, FL Licensed clinicians.

Majority of Cases: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Eyes, GS, Urology, Neuro, GI
Level II Trauma - No hearts, No OB, No Peds
Average Monthly Case: 680
Practice Model: Covers 9 sites of service (6 ORs including Trauma, 2 Endo, 1 Cath/Neuro/IR, covered on a daily basis by 3-4 Physicians and 9 APPs. - 9 sites until 3pm; 4 sites until 5pm ; 2 sites until 7pm)
Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted Florida license: will accept candidates that need to apply for FL license
● Clean background with no issues, and no prior malpractice history/issues
● Out of state drivers license must be submitted with presentation, no Florida providers
● Minimum availability of 2 weeks/month
● Must be cross-credentialed at 4 sites
