Job Description - CRNA needed in Indiana

Cases: High-Acuity Cases - Mostly General, endo**, ortho, urology,
high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver. Some Vascular, ENT,
Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac
(TEE, lungs and major vasicular). **Endo
is mainly at the ASC – close to 2100 cases per year Blocks: bread and butter
blocks, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor popliteal & TAPS. High Case volume, All providers work their own cases, HIgh-Risk OB,
1300 births per year.

8-hour shifts, 0730-1530

Call Shifts: 1530-0730; 3 weeknights of call per month

First Call: In-house; Second Call: 30 minutes

In-House call provider will have an anesthesia only call
room

MDs on site but no supervision

6 CRNAs, 4 MDs, 8 ORs

EMR: Medaxion

Requirements

Must be AHA
Certified

350 case logs required for CRNAs
