To support our continued growth, we are seeking per diem, part-time, and full-time CRNAs to join us in our mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care at our endoscopy centers in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio, area. We have locations in Liberty Township, Norwood, Clifton, and Blue Ash. Upcoming opportunities on the East and West sides of town, as well.

• Full-time (Monday – Friday)

Per Diem/Part-Time

• Malpractice coverage
• 6-hour guarantee
• Mon-Fri day shift schedule - General GI
• $165/hour - minimum 4 shifts per month

Full-Time

• $210k base salary
• $10,000 commencement bonus
• Malpractice coverage
• Comprehensive benefits package, including Cigna health insurance and a marketplace of optional plans
• 7 week's paid vacation plus 7 paid holidays
• $3,000 CME
• 401k and Profit Sharing eligibility after one year of service
• Mon-Fri day shift schedule - General GI - no nights, weekends, or holidays

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree and Master’s degree in Anesthesia
• Current licensure, certification, and ACLS required
• 1-year related experience (Entry Level)

Core Responsibilities and Skills

• Administer anesthesia for endoscopic procedures
• Must be able to work independently and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Intermediate-level computer skills involving word processing, spreadsheet and database skills. Knowledge of EMR Software is a plus
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively analyze, interpret, and solve practical problems
