Cultural Wellness Facilitator

Rural Resources Community is seeking a Cultural Wellness Facilitator. This is a part-time (Benefit Ineligible), temporary position (8 hours per week ending 6-30-25), non-exempt position based in our Inchelium, WA office.

In this key role, you would be responsible for: 

· Coordinate, facilitate and implement cultural services, groups, and meetings for community members and clients to support individual and community healing.

· Present culturally relevant training to staff, community, and professionals to appropriately respond to Indigenous crime victims. 

· Develop and support research-based primary prevention initiatives that are based on assessment outcomes.

Salary Information
Our Cultural Wellness Facilitator position is offered at $19.87 to $21.49 per hour. Actual wage will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, experience and qualifications. Employees who successfully meet or exceed performance expectations during their annual performance evaluation will be eligible for a 4% wage increase. 

The full salary range for this position is $19.87 to $52.96 per hour and represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position.

Requirements

Education and Experience 

· Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or a related field. 

· Experience with planning/implementing community-based education and cultural programming.

· Experience working with Indigenous communities. 

· Indicated experience teaching, training within the social service field.

· Acceptable completion of 40-hour pre-service victim services training. 

Any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job.
