Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and technical specifications.
- Assist customers with product selection based on scientific application or technical requirements.
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Science degree or previous experience working in a scientific company
- Strong communication/customer service skills
