Key Responsibilities
- Conducts analysis of business and functional requirements, designs, implements, tests, and documents system solutions.
- Analyzes system logic, data, integrations, reporting, and processes, providing recommendations and documenting solutions.
- Configures Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
- Serves as a Dynamics 365 application subject matter expert, researching and implementing functional design solutions.
- Predicts potential problems for delivered applications and systems, providing recommended solutions.
- Reviews project proposals, identifies potential problem areas, and recommends optimum approaches.
- Prepares, maintains, and archives detailed systems design specifications.
- Develops or modifies project systems analysis artifacts using disciplined processes, procedures, and standards.
- Provides escalated (Tier 2) application support, including on-call rotation for priority issues.
- Conducts analysis for the evaluation and selection of new analysis solutions and tools.
- Leads training and provides functional guidance to less experienced Systems Analysts.
- Participates in or leads internal initiatives for process, procedure, guideline, and metric improvements.
- Provides technical leadership and mentoring to less senior members.
- Consults with other teams regarding technology solutions and problem resolution, proactively seeking collaboration opportunities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the position or a combination of related education and equal work experience in the area of systems analysis
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience required in a Systems Analyst role.
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in the configuration, administration, enhancement, and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (Customer Engagement (Sales) and/or Customer Service modules).
- Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills
- Experience developing solutions using the Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and/or Power BI a plus.
