The Round Lake Area Park District Dance Program is more than just a dance studio—it’s a vibrant community where creativity, passion, and movement come to life. We are expanding our program for Fall 2025 and actively seeking passionate, skilled Dance Instructors to join our team. Who We’re Looking For

• Passionate dancers and teachers with experience in at least two styles


• Previous teaching experience preferred (experience with children and teens is a plus)


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Ability to adapt teaching methods for different skill levels and learning styles


• Availability for evening and/or weekend classes

What You’ll Do

• Teach engaging and energetic dance classes


• Inspire students and help them build confidence


• Choreograph routines for performances and recitals


• Create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment


• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
