6+ Months Contract

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Driving - Less than 25% (Personal vehicle)

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  
  Serve as the primary off-site resource for managing print services and fleet operations.
  
  Attend regular onsite meetings with Client IT leadership and Supplier Support Team.
  
  Monitor fleet performance using tools to ensure timely toner delivery, service, and issue resolution.
  
  Interface with Client locations to manage performance issues and service needs.
  
  Maintain and update Supplier Fleet Management databases.
  
  Track and coordinate machine moves, installations, and removals.
  
  Manage inventory of parts and supplies including toner and waste bottles.
  
  Collect, validate, and report periodic meter readings.
  
  Manage firmware updates and configuration settings for MFDs (e.g., DHCP, MAC Address).

must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs and walk with-in office
