Device Service Associate (Contract)

Purpose: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team on a 6 month contract basis. The ideal candidate will focus on refurbishing and programming equipment according to specific instructions. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines precisely.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Refurbish and test equipment following established protocols and specifications.
• Program equipment using detailed instructions and software tools.
• Perform quality checks to ensure equipment meets operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of refurbishment and programming activities.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and reporting any discrepancies.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment and processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions accurately.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in using hand tools and/or power equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or technical environment is a plus.
• This is a 6 month contract. Monday-Friday, no nights, no weekends
