DISHER Contract Engineer – Greater West Michigan Area
DISHER is looking to add Contract Engineers as part of our DISHER Extended Network (DEN) team. In this role, you will be part of the DISHER team as an independent Engineering Contractor representing DISHER at customer sites in a variety of Engineer capacities. This could include but is not limited to Mechanical, Manufacturing, Product Design, Advanced Product Design, Quality, FEA, Capital Project Management, Project Management, Automation, Robotics, Controls, Electrical, Software, Packaging, Validation, CNC and more.

What you get to do:
- Provide high level Engineering support to a variety of DISHER customers using effective consulting skills.
- Each DISHER customer has unique projects and or needs that span a variety of Engineering disciplines. We encourage anyone with a deep understanding of Engineering in multiple or certain fields to apply.

- Strong communication skills to provide excellent engineering support to the team.
- Technical proficiency in your engineering discipline and understanding of industry-specific requirements.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving project requirements or industry standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- High attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Ability to operate well under pressure if something needs to be resolved quickly.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Able to travel and be on-site at various customer sites.
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
