Job Description - Door to Door Salesperson/Manager (Pest Control)

Door-to-Door Salesperson – 1099 Independent Contractor (Pest Control)

Pest Hunters – Mosquito Hunters of Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, and Lago Vista
Earn $150 per new customer (paid over 3 continuous treatments) + $50 per upsell
Address list provided | Flexible schedule | 1099 position


Looking for a high-earning, flexible opportunity where you’re in control of your income? Join Pest Hunters – Mosquito Hunters as a door-to-door sales rep and help families in your area live pest-free!


🔹 What You’ll Do:

  • Work independently as a 1099 contractor, knocking doors using a targeted list of addresses

  • Promote mosquito and general pest control services to homeowners

  • Sign up new customers and explain the benefits of recurring treatments

  • Upsell add-on services like general pest control, rodent, fire ant, and flea/tick protection

  • Track leads, schedule appointments, and follow up as needed



Commission Structure:


  • $150 commission per new customer, paid in 3 parts across their first 3 continuous treatments


  • $50 flat commission per upsell (e.g., general pest, rodent, fire ant service)


  • Weekly bonus opportunities for top performers



Who We're Looking For:

  • Confident, outgoing, and motivated to make money

  • Enjoys being outdoors and talking to people

  • Has a smartphone and reliable transportation

  • Experience in sales or canvassing is helpful—but not required

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
