Support sales strategy planning and regulation establishment, manage and analyze indicator data, and improve sales efficiency through system and process enhancements. Foster positive internal communication, assist in organizing marketing events, and contribute to sales growth and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, creative, highly driven, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and establish sales strategies and regulations.
• Manage and analyze key indicator data to inform decision-making.
• Support sales growth by improving sales systems and processes.
• Build and maintain positive communication within internal teams.
• Assist in organizing marketing events and campaigns.
• Demonstrate organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Think creatively, be self-motivated, responsible, and proactive in learning.

Salary: $45-  $55k/yr. (DOE)

• 1-5 years of experience in retail, sales, or marketing (experience with retail partnerships preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of multitasking.
• Highly driven, responsible, and eager to learn.
