Role Overview:
We’re hiring a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to support a light-industrial project in Little Rock, AR. This role is critical to ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality execution of the electrical package and will work closely with our client, subcontractors, and the broader project team. We are looking for individuals with power distribution experience from the underground to switchgear to distribution panels, to lighting, circuits, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full life cycle of electrical construction from planning to closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and procurement
• Coordinate with engineering, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and quality control plans
• Lead regular project meetings and provide reporting on progress and risk

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing electrical scopes on large commercial/industrial projects
• Strong background in power distribution (medium and low voltage)
• Familiar with underground utilities, switchgear, lighting, and panel installs
• Proficient in scheduling and construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with arena, stadium, or large institutional facilities (e.g., healthcare, higher ed, civic)
• Background working with major general contractors or electrical subcontractors on complex builds
