Electrician (Independent Contractor)

We are hiring reliable, licensed Electrician Contractors to handle commercial electrical maintenance and installation projects. This is a 1099 position, ideal for solo contractors or small licensed teams. You must be equipped, insured, and capable of working independently with a strong attention to safety and compliance.

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in commercial facilities
  


• Perform new installations, upgrades, and code-compliant rewiring
  


• Troubleshoot and service lighting systems, breakers, outlets, and panels
  


• Submit clear documentation and communicate job status
  


• Maintain compliance with NEC and local building codes
  

Requirements

• Valid electrician license and liability insurance
  


• At least 3 years of commercial experience
  


• Own tools, transportation, and PPE
  


• Ability to pull permits when required
  


• Excellent communication and time management
  


• Willing to provide contractor details to the client for coordination
  

• OSHA certification
  


• Experience with tenant improvement projects
