Responsibilities

• Track and report student progress to parents and the Tutor Doctor team regularly.


• Encourage and motivate students to develop confidence and a love of learning.


• Maintain professionalism and punctuality during all tutoring sessions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in reading and math at the elementary level.


• Previous experience tutoring or teaching elementary-aged children preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to adapt teaching methods to fit individual student needs.


• Reliable transportation to and from tutoring sessions in Oxford, MI.


• Background check clearance may be required.
