OVERVIEW
Integrity is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and requirements development for the Operations Support & Sustainment Element (OSSE) within a complex SATCOM Ground System integration program. This role focuses on developing and maintaining system models in Cameo Systems Modeler, supporting requirements decomposition and traceability, and enabling integration and verification activities across System of Systems Integration (SoSI) and Ground Integration (GI) Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). The ideal candidate brings strong MBSE experience, working knowledge of requirements management practices, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, integration, and test teams to deliver high-quality, traceable system artifacts aligned to program milestones (e.g., SRR/SFR, PERB baselines).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.
6-10 years of systems engineering experience in complex DoD or aerospace programs.
Hands-on experience with Cameo Systems Modeler (or similar MBSE tools).
Experience with requirements decomposition, allocation, and traceability (e.g., IBM DOORS or equivalent).
Familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle processes (requirements, design, integration, verification).
Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams supporting integration and test activities.
Familiarity with operational mission ground systems and command & control concepts.
Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to 10%.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting SATCOM Ground Systems, Command and Control (C2), or mission planning systems.
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) frameworks and best practices.
Experience linking MBSE artifacts to test development and verification planning.
Knowledge of Verification Cross-Reference Matrix (VCRM) development and requirements-to-test traceability.
Experience supporting engineering reviews and baselines (e.g., SRR, SFR, PDR).
Familiarity with integration environments, interface definition (ICDs), and API-level system interactions.
Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Demonstrated ability to develop reusable engineering templates, workflows, or automation approaches.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Development
Develop and maintain OSSE system models in Cameo Systems Modeler, including activity diagrams, interface definitions, and operational workflows
Ensure models align with program architecture, integration needs, and modeling standards
Requirements Analysis and Traceability
Support decomposition, refinement, and allocation of system and element-level requirements
Maintain traceability between requirements, modeled operations, and verification artifacts (e.g., VCRM alignment)
Test Architecture and Verification Support
Contribute to the development of model-based test cases and scenarios
Ensure alignment between modeled behaviors and verification planning artifacts (e.g., GTVP, STVP)
Support integration of model outputs into test design and execution frameworks
Integration and Cross-IPT Collaboration
Coordinate with OSSE, Requirements, MBSE, Ground Segment Integration (GSI), and test IPTs
Participate in working groups (e.g., MBSE WG, SIWG, GTWG) to ensure alignment across modeling, requirements, and verification efforts
Verification Planning and Program Alignment
Ensure modeling and requirements artifacts support both bottom-up integration and top-down system verification objectives
Contribute to engineering reviews and baselines (e.g., PERB, SRR/SFR readiness)
Process Improvement and Team Enablement
Develop reusable modeling patterns, templates, and documentation
Mentor junior engineers in MBSE and requirements practices
Support continuous improvement of modeling, traceability, and verification workflows.
