Job Description - Engineering Technician

Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for an “Engineering Technician” based out of Tucson, AZ.
Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Rate: $36/hr on W2
Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electro -mechanical systems
  • Perform assembly, testing, and modification of prototypes and equipment
  • Work with schematics, wiring diagrams, and test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators)
  • Conduct fault isolation, calibration, and system validation
  • Support R&D activities including experiments, data collection, and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams and ensure quality and compliance

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field
  • 3–5 years of hands -on engineering technician experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Experience with lab/test equipment and mechanical tools
  • Preferred: Medical device or regulated industry experience
