• Location: Dallas, Texas – Elm St

• Lesson format: Face-to-face, in-person

Details

• Availability:
– Fridays between 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
– Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Lesson Frequency: 1 time per week
• Lesson Duration: 1 hour
• Current English level: Intermediate (teacher to assess)
• Native/other languages: Gujarati

Student’s language needs and goals:
• Improve grammatical accuracy and sound more like a native speaker
• Expand general and job-related vocabulary
• Improve pronunciation and understanding of local accents
• Practice common phrases, slang, and everyday conversations with native speakers
• Develop business English and understanding of business culture

Additional Information:
• Prefers structured lessons with flexibility to adapt based on strengths and weaknesses
• Values clear feedback and targeted focus areas in each session

Responsibilities

• Design structured yet adaptive intermediate-level ESL lessons
• Assess and monitor the student’s proficiency and progress
• Focus on speaking accuracy, fluency, and pronunciation
• Integrate business English and real-life conversational scenarios
• Provide corrective feedback and strategies for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in English
• Teaching certificate or degree in education, linguistics, TESOL, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching adult ESL learners
• Experience with business English is a strong asset
• Ability to deliver structured, goal-oriented, and engaging lessons
