Epic Ancillary Applications Manager
The Epic Ancillary Applications Manager oversees the planning, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic ancillary systems (e.g., Beaker, Radiant, Cupid, Willow, OpTime/Anesthesia, Stork) and their integration with enterprise applications. This role manages a team of analysts, project managers, and technical staff, ensuring that ancillary workflows are optimized to support clinical, operational, and financial goals. Responsibilities include directing system upgrades, coordinating with clinical and business stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing vendor relationships, and establishing governance and change management frameworks. The manager provides strategic leadership for roadmap development, resource allocation, and cross-department collaboration to ensure high system performance, user adoption, and alignment with organizational initiatives.

This person will need experience overseeing Cupid, Radiant, and Beaker. 
We would like someone who can potentially be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management

• Develop and execute project plans for Epic implementation, upgrades, and optimization.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
• Ensure all Epic-related projects align with the organization's goals and compliance requirements
