Evening Clerk Position

Monday-Thursday, 5:00-9:00pm

Job Description

The Evening Clerk position requires one to welcome all prospective

students and visitors to the Odessa College Monahans facility, as well as

assist with the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will

report directly to the campus secretary.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to current, past, and prospective students, faculty and

staff. This includes making copies, making phone calls, and directing

students to their respective classrooms.

• Ensure that the facility is secure before, during, and after use.

• Maintain, organize, and inventory food pantry items.

Skills

• Possess the ability to deliver top-notch customer service.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

• Exhibit adequate knowledge of the course offerings at Odessa College Monahans.
