Role Description and Expectations  

• Engage with Customers: Greet and interact with potential and existing customers in a friendly, respectful, and approachable manner.


• Promote the Brand: Share our products and services with honesty and enthusiasm, focusing on how they provide value to the customer.


• Uphold Core Values: Integrity, Excellence, Connection, Purpose, and Craftsmanship


• Gather and Share Feedback: Foster welcoming, inclusive environments where customers feel valued—at events.


• Support Event Operations: Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of materials as needed.


• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as directed by the Event Marketing Manager

Qualifications  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor


• Ability to represent the brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism


• Comfortable engaging with customers in public, event-based environments


• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local events as needed


• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction


• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with event setup and breakdown


• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
