BathWorks is hiring a full-time Event Sales Specialist to represent us at home shows, festivals, and events across Michigan. If you’re outgoing, love talking to people, and want a stable role with room to grow—this is for you.

We're actively searching for future Team Leads, and this role is a great stepping stone to kickstart your sales career in the home improvement industry.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Represent BathWorks at home shows, festivals, and community events

  
  


• 
  

  Engage with attendees and schedule free in-home estimates

  
  


• 
  

  Use our proven appointment-setting process (no hard selling)

  
  


• 
  

  Set up and break down event booths

  
  


• 
  

  Travel across Grand Rapids, Lansing, Kalamazoo, Midland, Traverse City & more

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Outgoing, energetic, and great with people

  
  


• 
  

  Full-time availability (Wed–Sun, 30–40 hrs/week)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle 

  
  


• 
  

  Able to lift 20–30 lbs for setup

  
  


• 
  

  Sales, customer service, or event experience preferred

  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• 
  

  $21–$32/hr on-target earnings (base + bonus)
