Fierce Staffing Services is actively seeking to hire Event Staff for an upcoming National Conference in Houston, TX. This event will bring together a dynamic community of professionals, thought leaders, and innovators for a week of impactful programming, networking, and career advancement opportunities. 

The conference will take place Tuesday, September 23 through Friday, September 26, 2025 at the George R. Brown Convention Center (GRBCC) in Houston, TX.

Positions Available

We are seeking Ambassadors, Registration Staff and Greeters/Wayfinders to join our FIERCE team! Candidates should be highly organized individuals with excellent time management skills who enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Roles include:

• Event Registration

• Greeters / Wayfinders – Welcome attendees, provide wayfinding, and direct guests to the appropriate registration area. Strong customer service presence required.

Event Details

• Location: George R. Brown Convention Center (GRBCC), Houston, TX

• Compensation: TBD

• Event Dates: September 23 – 26, 2025

• Shift Times: Requesting open availability during event dates until schedule is confirmed

• Training:

  • Mandatory In-Person Training: Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (2:00pm – 4:00pm)

  • Additional virtual training prior to the event will be required. Training Date and Time will be communicated upon hiring. 

Attire

All-black business casual attire is required.
