  • Help maximize the conference channel as part of our broader growth efforts, supporting new business engagement across our >$1B sales backlog.

  • Support sponsorship programs by tracking assets, deliverables, and engagement opportunities across events and digital placements.

  • Maintain organized event plans, trackers, checklists, and internal documentation to ensure smooth execution and strong visibility across teams.

  • Research and coordinate vendors (venues, AV, catering, transportation, etc.) and assist with logistical planning.

  • Partner with Marketing to help coordinate collateral, signage, digital assets, and other event materials.

  • Support internal Commercial Sales Org events (Sales Kickoffs, leadership meetings, retreats) with logistics, scheduling, and materials preparation.

  • Assist with core operational tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic budget monitoring.

  • Create event materials, support post-event retrospectives, and help track key event KPIs (attendance, engagement, sponsorship fulfillment, feedback) to improve future programs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in events, programs, operations, marketing, or a related field (internship or early-career experience welcomed).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple moving pieces at once.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable working across time zones and supporting multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Familiarity with CRM or database tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.

Bonus

  • Experience with design tools such as Canva.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).

  • Experience with invite/event platforms such as Paperless Post or Luma.
