Job Description - Events & Trade Show Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Events & Trade Show Manager to handle all aspects of our trade shows and licensing fairs, from logistics to marketing and branding, ensuring our presence is flawless and memorable.

  • Lead logistics and execution for licensing & toy fairs
  • Coordinate booth setup, including shipping, infrastructure, internet, power outlets, and local vendors
  • Oversee all marketing materials: signage, presentations, branded merchandise schedules, and giveaways
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, design) to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Manage timelines and deliverables: pre-event planning, live execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Handle budgets, vendor contracts, and partner communication regarding events
  • Proven experience in event management for trade shows, especially in gaming, licensing, or toy industry
  • Extreme multitasking ability and meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling last-minute requests (e.g. name tags, materials)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep track of every detail from logistics to branded shirts
  • Experience working with licensing or gaming shows
  • Familiarity with vendor relationships and international shipping
  • Graphic or marketing background to better align event visuals- Nice to have
  • Excellent English written and verbal
