Ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Events Manager to lead our Americas events program and bring the Janes brand to life across the defense and intelligence communities. This is your chance to deliver high-profile experiences that drive visibility, engagement, thought leadership, and growth.
As Events Manager, you’ll be a key member of our global marketing team, owning the strategy and execution of our Americas event portfolio. From managing major industry tradeshows and Janes-hosted events to sponsorships, speaker opportunities, and virtual experiences, you’ll create moments that matter - connecting Janes with decision-makers and influencers across the region.
How you will contribute at Janes:
- Lead Americas Event Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive event plan that elevates Janes profile in core markets, demonstrates our value, strengthens relationships with key accounts, and generates quality leads.
- Plan for Success: Drive planning sessions, briefings, and debriefs with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.
- Own Logistics: Manage all aspects of event logistics and on-site execution for tradeshows, conferences, Janes-hosted events, and virtual experiences.
- Drive Impactful Campaigns: Create integrated pre- and post-event marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Showcase Our Brand: Deliver compelling brand experiences that consistently demonstrate how Janes solutions address challenges for customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with External Partners: Work with partners to highlight joint solutions and promote Janes resellers at key events.
- Report & Optimize: Provide regular performance insights to continuously improve experiences and ROI.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to ensure our events remain innovative and impactful.
The ideal skills and experience for this role are:
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to event marketing.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, organized, creative, and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar).
- Familiarity with the defense and security domain is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
