Exclusions Contract Analyst

This position will ideally be hybrid based out of our office location in New London, CT but it can also be remotely based. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role. 

Who are we looking for?

The Exclusions Contract Analyst will maintain accurate exclusions benefits for customers, manufacturers, distributors, and the company. Various internal and external teams will reference this role regarding new manufacturer opportunities, program alignment, and billing.

Your impact:   

Specific activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating and maintaining accurate contract exclusion records utilizing Salesforce from various sources internally and externally.


• Facilitating the exchange of exclusion records to internal and external parties.


• Ensuring proper exclusion record alignment with external parties. 

About you:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Nested If Statements, PivotTables, XLookups, etc. 
  
  
  
  


• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly


• Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 


• Strong time management and organizational skills


• Meticulous attention to detail 


• Intellectual curiosity 


• Bachelor's degree preferred


• 1-3 years’ experience working with large data sets including gathering, interpreting, and disseminating information.


• Experience working within Salesforce or similar CRM


• Business Intelligence Software experience a plus
