Position Title: Executive Associate (Training Center Coordinator)


 


Job Summary:


 


Respond to student/parent inquiries of course availability, content, scholarship


qualifications/availability, as well as College/student safety concerns. Initiate telephone, e-mail, and other communications to faculty/parents/students regarding program information.


 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


 


Communicate with faculty about approved and canceled classes. In certain circumstances, receive and review student registrations for all programs prior to system entry, including but not limited to reviewing forms for accuracy/eligibility, securing proper signatures, follow-up with parents/students regarding additional information/signatures needed, and incomplete forms.


 




  • Point of contact for the Motorcycle program.


    • Online orientation backup if the program manager is not available.


    • Prepare the instructor packet at the start of the motorcycle class.


    • Range preparation before class starts and range check after the end of class.


    • Prepare a completion report and provide it to the program manager.




 




  • Collect and securely maintain personal, sensitive, and/or confidential information related to registering minors.


  • Prepare open enrollment class paperwork including registrations, evaluations, and roster.


  • Determine course material requirements and coordinate the ordering, preparation, and distribution for instructors and/or students.


  • Monitor faculty submission of required evaluations, reports, and forms. Design, create, and distribute marketing materials



 REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: 





  • At least 3-5years of experience in an administrative or support role.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Strong organizational skills


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems


  • Experience in customer service or administrative support roles is preferred
