Experience in the apartment industry is required. Job Responsibilities:

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).

• Inspect models and available “market ready” units; communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.

• Fair Housing knowledge is a must.

• Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in on the agreed date.

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.

• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the apartment industry required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) is a plus but not required 

• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
