What You Will Do: 

• Inserting information related to customers, assets and transactions to the systems, preparing leasing agreement documentation
• Directly communicating with customers regarding Leasing financing steps, Leasing/Loan agreement administration and payment transactions, and signing agreements with customers. Consulting and advising customers on Leasing process within his/her competence level
• Directly communicating with brokers, customers and vendors in relation to liability and property insurance, inserting relevant information into the system and preparing needed documentation
• Cooperating and assisting other teams and/or within the team in troubleshooting/resolving tasks in accordance with agreed procedures and regulations. 
• Preparing and delivering training for other employees
• Identifying suspicious and speculative transactions and acting in accordance with internal regulations and procedures

What We Expect:  

• At least basic knowledge of banking products, processes and IT systems
• Higher education with preferred specialization in Finance, Economics, or Business Management, and a strong understanding of business process management
• Analytical thinking, thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
• Great communication and customer service skills, customer centricity
• Ability to work from Riga's office during business hours (Skanstes iela 12) 
• Fluent English and Latvian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for the duration of the absent employee's replacement period.
