Facilities Assistant

Mon-Fri, 8-5pm
These positions will be assisting with conference room and event set-ups that include moving chairs, tables and additional miscellaneous furniture. They will be assisting with office moves. Will also assist the client on-site Facilities Coordinator with requests. I am Interested in candidates with a customer service background. Someone who is detail oriented and can work with a sense of urgency. Someone who is a good communicator verbally and in writing. Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office software. Completing tasks or assignments in a timely fashion without an overabundance of oversight. Moderate to heavy lifting based on customer request. There can be extended periods of standing with seating available for employees. Walking is required based on where furniture or items are being moved within the office. For heavier objects or projects, all employees should ask for assistance. Parking will be available.
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
