Job Description

The Fan Engagement Specialist actively promote and represent FC Dallas Soccer at Toyota Stadium events. The FC Dallas Fan Engagement Team members will serve as key gameday staff for the Club at a variety of stadium events and at all home matches. Fan Engagement Specialist will ensure a memorable fan experience at home matches, while engaging with fans. The Fan Engagement Team will assist with match day activations, promotional item(s) distribution, and premium club access.

What you’ll do:

• Assist Fan Engagement Team with match day activities as needed, including but not limited to partnership activations and gameday promotions distribution.
• Setup, take down, and transport the various equipment and/or promotional items.
• Aid in amplifying the overall fan engagement during home matches.
• Facilitate activations at home matches and events, while providing superb customer service and displaying excitement about the organization. 
• Interact with Season Ticket Members (STM), existing and potential fans.
• Provide information and proactively assisting fans as needed.
• Activate and fulfill elements as agreed to in partnership agreements.
• Represent FC Dallas Soccer, Toyota Stadium, and other entities at home matches and other events in a professional manner always.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

You are:

• Friendly, self-motivated, energetic, and a team player.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about soccer.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Collaborative and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, particularly verbal.
• Capable of representing the club in ethical and professional manners.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, mornings, weekends, and some holidays in all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• Available to work FC Dallas home match days.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from events, including home games.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends required. Weekday availability a plus.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) - preferred not required
• Prior experience with gameday, events and promotions preferred.
• Moving and lifting objects that exceed 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
