Job Description - Fitness Trainer

Contract

Description

Conduct and track health histories, fitness assessments, and other required documentation to support safe and effective programming.
Lead individualized and small-group training sessions designed around members’ goals, abilities, and preferred training styles.
Educate members on proper technique, equipment use, and best practices to promote long-term wellness.
Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with members to support engagement and retention.
Promote personal training and wellness services in a professional, service-oriented manner that aligns with Club standards.
Keep all required certifications and continuing education credits current.
Provide knowledgeable instruction, encouragement, and a welcoming, hospitality-driven fitness experience.

Requirements

First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
NASM or ISSA or ACE Personal Training Certification
Previous experience as a personal trainer.

Salary Description

Commission Based 75-85% of $100 per hour
