Fleet Administrator (6-Week Temp Assignment Hiring ASAP)

Join Wind River Environmental as a Fleet Administrator and play a key role in keeping our fleet operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity where your organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn will make an immediate impact. It’s a chance to gain valuable fleet operations experience while contributing to a team that keeps communities and businesses moving every day.

Location: Marlborough, MA (onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6-8 weeks, potential to extend

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour 

What You’ll Do

• Administrative & Data Support: Prepare documents, maintain accurate records in the fleet database, and process billing/coding.
• Fleet Operations: Monitor Samsara GPS for mileage and fuel reporting; assist with insurance claims; coordinate and track      preventive maintenance and repairs with vendors.
• Special Projects: Support vehicle graphics, wraps, and lettering; handle other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, follow direction, and work independently with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint preferred).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in the trucking or fleet industry.
• Familiarity with Fleet Management Software (e.g., Dossier).
• Knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and DMV regulations.
• Exposure to IRP and IFTA filings.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
