Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Duties: 

• Supervise front-of-house staff & coordinate Food & Beverage [F&B] outlets, ensuring quality service to members. 
• Coordinate timely execution & delivery of all F&B orders.
• Monitor all wait staff stations, & assign seated tables/sections, &      transmission of orders.
• Ensure restaurant & events set up, and do multiple checks of tables during      service, and follow closing procedures.
• Train continually to improve the performance of front of house staff.
• Organize shift floor plans, station assignments, reservations, special duties,      & special requests.
• Assist in preparing staff schedules & stay within budget.
• Ensure proper menu items & prices are in point-of-sale system.
• Develop      & implement new procedures to improve service.
• Assure correct appearance, cleanliness, & safety of dining areas, equipment, & fixtures. Checks the maintenance of all equipment & reports concerns.
• Helps inventory service & beverage items. 
• Completes other tasks the Assistant General Manager & Dining Operations Manager assign.

 Job Requirements:  

• High School Diploma or foreign equivalent. 
• Six (6) months of Food & Beverage management experience in a high-volume or high end restaurant, hotel, resort or private club. 
• Six (6) months of experience using Point of Sale software.
