Position Title: Front Desk Medical Coordinator

Location: Lone Tree, CO

Pay: $17.00-25.00 Hr. DOE

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Term: Temporary

Summary - Front Desk Medical Coordinator

We're looking for an organized and friendly individual to be the first face patients see when they walk through the door. Someone who values compassionate, patient-centered service.

Job Duties - Front Desk Medical Coordinator

● Customer Service

● Responds to calls, provides information or direction, documents clear & accurate messages

● Ensures patient files are current, verifies ID and insurance

● Collects patient photo & uploads electronically

● Maintains a stocked & organized space and waiting area.

● Ability to multi-task

● Scheduling

● Proficient with Computers

● Maintains Sensitivity and Confidentiality (HIPPA, OSHA)

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
3 years Minimum - Medical Front Office or, Direct Patient Care
Must be able to lift to 30 lbs
