Job Title: Full-Time CRNA
Employment Status: 1099
Location: Big Springs, TX
Salary Options:
- $455,000 annually (1099) for full-time (52 weeks/year)
- $227,500 annually (1099) for 26 weeks/year
Shifts: Cases typically completed before lunch
Call: No in-house call; 30-minute response time
Case Types: OB (approximately 15 deliveries/month), GYN, GI, Podiatry, Urology, and General. No CV, Neuro, or Vascular cases.
Special Requirements: Must be comfortable practicing autonomously
Supervision Model: Independent, solo CRNA model with full clinical autonomy
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly autonomous, self-motivated CRNA to join our team in Big Spring, Texas. This is an exceptional role for a provider looking to work independently in a solo CRNA model, offering flexibility, low case volume, and a strong work-life balance in a quiet, close-knit community.

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on
Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 1-3 years of
experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in OB/GYN, GI, podiatry, urology and general cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
● Must be comfortable practicing autonomously.
