As an AI & Data Project Manager in our Technology Consulting department, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of AI and Generative AI-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with development teams, infrastructure specialists, and clients to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing optimization of AI products tailored to client needs.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in AI technologies, proven experience in project or product management, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—ensuring timely delivery and high-quality AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement tailored data strategies that support client objectives and drive value.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure streamlined development processes and effective cross-functional communication.
• Ensure intuitive and user-friendly experiences aligned with the needs of target users.
• System specification: Analyze client needs, define system requirements, and write detailed specification documents.
• Clarify scope, set priorities, plan activities and deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution on time, within scope, and within budget for data projects.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project or product management, including hands-on experience with AI-related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data management, and analytics frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering AI and Generative AI capabilities into production—from concept to full implementation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders; strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills; ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of client needs and a passion for delivering value through innovative solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
