Position: General Laborer
Location: Cocoa Beach, FL
Duration: Full time, Contract-to-Hire
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST)
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to support day-to-day operations in our fabrication and painting areas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow with a company that values strong work ethics and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in weld and fabrication areas
- Assist in cleaning and prepping the painting section
- Train under supervision to operate industrial saws and equipment
- Support recycling efforts by helping manage and sort steel scrap
- Perform general labor duties as assigned to support operational flow
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience using hand tools and tape measures
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
