Job Description - Global TA Program Lead Medical Device (Hybrid Maple Grove, MN) Possible Contract Extension

Our Fortune 500 Medical Device client has an exciting opportunity for a Global TA Program Lead.

Job Summary:
The Global TA (Talent Acquisition) Program Lead is responsible for supporting the design of a comprehensive transformation strategy for the global TA function. This individual will spearhead the development and delivery of a robust change and communication plan that aligns stakeholders, clarifies objectives, and drives measurable outcomes across various regions. The Global TA Program Lead will bridge visionary thinking and precise execution, ensuring the success of the new organizational model and supporting the design of a high-performing centralized Global COE (Center of Excellence) for Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Change Management & Communication Plans:
o Support the creation and execution of a comprehensive change management plan for the transformation of the global TA operating model.
o Design and deploy a strategic communication plan that informs, engages, and inspires stakeholders at all levels.
o Identify, segment, and map key stakeholders worldwide, ensuring tailored approaches for unique regional needs.
o Build detailed timelines, milestones, and checkpoints to track program progress and manage dependencies.
• Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement:
o Conduct thorough stakeholder mapping exercises to identify all key players, influencers, and decision-makers by region and globally.
o Develop region-specific messaging and strategies to resonate with local audiences and drive buy-in.
o Establish robust contracting processes for team members to engage with regional leaders, ensuring clear roles, expectations, and accountability for successful delivery.
• Content and Materials Development:
o Create new, impactful materials that clearly articulate the business case for transformation, making complex concepts accessible and actionable.
o Develop regionally customized communication assets, including presentations, toolkits, FAQs, and guides, ensuring relevance and resonance across diverse audiences.
o Translate the program vision into compelling visual and written formats that support leadership presentations, town halls, and change workshops.
• Support Vision and Organizational Design:
o Support organizational design efforts for the Global COE to ensure scale, clear structure and role clarity.
• Program Delivery and Team Leadership:
o Develop contracting frameworks and engagement protocols for your team to partner with key leaders in each region.
o Ensure clarity of responsibilities, deliverables, and resource allocation across the program team.
• Measurement, Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
o Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for change management, communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and program outcomes.
o Gather feedback and insights to refine strategies and materials, promoting an agile approach to program evolution.

Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience (10+ years) in leading global talent acquisition or transformation initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing large-scale change management and communication plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging for executive and regional audiences.
• Outstanding presentation design skills, with a track record of turning business vision into compelling visuals and engaging materials.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
• Experience supporting organizational design, preferably global within a Center of Excellence model.
• Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Support Change and communication plan along with develop KPI/SLAs to contract with business
• Support OD recommendations
• Continue to build the business case for COE

Other Details:
• Schedule: Start/end times are flexible - must be business core hours, CST. 30 hours/week - flexible if candidate wants to work 4 days only.
• Work Setup: Hybrid at Maple Grove, MN (3 days onsite)
• Contract Length: 12 months (with possible extension)
• Start Date: 9/8/2025
