About Recess:
Recess is not your typical gym. We're a vibrant, member-first fitness club designed to deliver high-energy experiences, strong community, and serious results—without taking ourselves too seriously. Our group fitness program is at the heart of that mission, and we’re looking for standout instructors to help shape what’s next.

We’re hiring instructors who are:

Independent and self-motivated with a strong personal brand

Creative and confident in designing purposeful, engaging workouts

Experienced (2–3+ years minimum in group fitness instruction)

Fully comfortable programming their own workouts for diverse groups

Professional, punctual, and passionate about building community

Adaptable and collaborative with a team-first mindset

Comfortable instructing to a range of fitness levels in a group setting

We’re currently looking for instructors in the following formats:

Yoga (Power Flow, Restorative, Functional Mobility)

HIIT (Athletic conditioning, bootcamp-style formats)

Strength Training (Barbell, dumbbell, resistance-based classes)

Floor Pilates

Compensation: $50.00 per hour
