Job Description - Guidewire Policy Center Development Lead

Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead to lead design, development, and customization of PolicyCenter solutions. The role involves providing technical leadership, ensuring best practices, and delivering high -quality insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter development and enhancements
Design and develop solutions using Gosu and PCF
Translate business requirements into technical implementations
Oversee integrations, code reviews, and deployments
Mentor team members and ensure delivery quality

Requirements

Primary Skills

Guidewire PolicyCenter (v8+)
Gosu, PCF, Guidewire APIs
P&C Insurance domain knowledge
Java and RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server)
Agile delivery and team leadership
Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services for Guidewire integrations.
Experience with Guidewire Cloud or containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Git, Jenkins, and automated build/deployment pipelines.

ï· Version Control & CI/CD

Preferred Skills

Other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter/ClaimCenter)
Guidewire certifications
Guidewire Cloud experience
CI/CD and DevOps exposure

Experience

8–12+ years of IT experience
5+ years with Guidewire PolicyCenter
