Part-Time Handyperson – Contract Position

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Handyperson to help keep our hospitality properties and rental units in top shape. This is a part-time, as-needed role under the direction of our Head of Maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Perform a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks (carpentry, basic plumbing, light electrical, painting, etc.)


• Assist with troubleshooting and fixing facility issues in our restaurants, stores, and rental properties


• Complete work efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption to business or tenants


• Communicate effectively with our Head of Maintenance and property managers
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Broad skill set in general maintenance/repairs


• Ability to work independently and follow directions


• Professional, courteous demeanor with staff, guests, and tenants


• Reliable transportation and your own basic tools
