Job Description - Head Coach

Our F45 Training Ashburn family is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Head Trainer to lead our coaching team and deliver the ultimate F45 experience. As the face of our workouts, you’ll inspire members, mentor coaches, and help grow our community inside and outside the studio.

This is a role for a leader who thrives on motivating others, takes pride in delivering world-class group training, and knows how to keep a team and studio running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Coach & Inspire

Lead 18–20 engaging, high-intensity F45 group training sessions weekly

Provide personalized support and feedback to members to help them achieve results

Run member challenges and guide trial members into becoming long-term members

Team Leadership

Oversee the coaching team’s daily activities, scheduling, and coverage

Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new coaches

Deliver regular team updates and development opportunities

Member Experience

Follow up with leads and rebook trial members into their next session

Troubleshoot member issues and ensure smooth resolution

Contact suspended members and outreach to Gympass/OnePass leads

Community & Brand Building

Create and manage social media content; respond to all online inquiries

Engage in regular social media outreach to grow followers and attract new members

Represent F45 in the community through events, flyering, and partnership building

Operations

Restock supplies and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment (including weekly deep cleaning duties)

Manage payroll readiness by confirming staff hours before deadlines

Attend performance calls and action all follow-up items

Prepare and post staff rosters 8 weeks in advance

What You Bring

Certified personal trainer credentials (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)

Group training experience, ideally in functional or HIIT-style training

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for fitness and a commitment to the F45 philosophy

Ability to create an inclusive, motivating, and fun environment
