We’re seeking a battle-tested leader to take command of our Case Management department—someone who’s as obsessed with operational excellence as they are with delivering justice to personal injury victims across California.

As our Head of Case Management, you’ll architect a world-class case management team that drives results, elevates client experience, and supports our attorneys in winning high-stakes, high-value cases.

This is a 100% in-office leadership role—you will serve as the cultural and performance linchpin of our Culver City HQ, driving accountability, collaboration, and elite execution.

What You’ll Own & Lead

🔹Department Leadership: Oversee and optimize the end-to-end performance of the Case Management department. Directly manage senior case managers and develop a multi-tiered leadership structure to scale.

🔹 Talent Development: Recruit, coach, and elevate top-tier case managers. Design and implement robust training programs that improve legal acumen, negotiation skills, and client communication.

🔹 Case Quality & Strategy: Standardize best practices for catastrophic injury case management—including TBI, spinal injuries, wrongful death, and complex liability claims. Ensure airtight case-building across the board.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with attorneys, intake teams, and medical liaisons to streamline workflows and prepare every case for maximum settlement value or aggressive litigation.

🔹 Performance Culture: Implement OKRs and performance dashboards using tools like Filevine, Time Doctor, and Glip to create a metrics-driven, transparent team environment.

🔹 Client Experience Command: Ensure client interactions are empathetic, consistent, and aligned with our firm’s commitment to justice and transparency.

• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership in personal injury case management, with a deep understanding of litigation workflows and pre-lit strategy.


• Proven success building and scaling teams—you’ve created high-performance systems that drive results without compromising morale.
