Job Description - Hiring COTA Home Health in North Kansas City, MO with $1760 Weekly Gross

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking COTA Home Health for multiple 13\-week travel / contract positions in NKC, MO. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Position Details:

Position Name: COTA Home Health

Location: North Kansas City, Missouri

Specialty: Home Health

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full\-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary

Contract Length: 13 weeks contract

Pay Rate: Range $1680 to $1760 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40 hour work week (Includes non\-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50/mile for distance covered between patient home appointments

Unit: Home Health

Shifts available: Days

Shift timings: 8 Hours; Days, 8.00a \- 5.00p

Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon\-Fri, No weekends or On\-call | 32 Weekly Productivity expectation

Position Requirements:

COTA experience: 1 \- 2 years \- Required

Recent/Current Home Health COTA experience: 1 year within the last 3 years â Required

Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting experience â Highly preferred

COVID Vaccination Proof

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

COTA License for the state applying or Compact \- Required

BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross \- Required

Job Description:

Provide and coordinate care for assigned Home Health patients under supervision of OT

Provide all aspects of COTA Services to the assigned patient case load

Document and complete charting

Territory: NKC and Sorrounding
