Pay Rate: Range $2016 to $2052 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36\-hour work week (Includes Non\-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Med Surg, Float to PCU/Tele
Shifts available: Days
Shift timings: 12 hours; Days, 7.00a â 7.30p
Schedule: 3 X 12, any 3 days per week, Every weekend \- Fri/Sat/Sun
Position Requirements:
- 2 years of recent/current experience as RN Med Surg experience \- Required
- Experience floating to PCU \- Required
- Willing to float to MedSurg/PCU/Tele \- Required
- Proficiency with Telemetry \- Required
- Must be able to read and interpret heart rhythms \- Required
- Must pass a dysrhythmia test prior to working on the floor \- Required
- Must be Covid Vaccinated or provide medical or religious exemption
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN \- Required, BSN \- Preferred
- RN License for State of MI â Required
- BLS and ACLS Certifications from AHA \- Required
Job Description:
- Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the assigned units (Med Surg) and float to MS/PCU/Tele as required
- Responsible for direction and guidance of patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing and the policies and operating instructions of the facility.
